Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the bottle(s) must be unused and unopened. While we are unable to accept bottles that have already been opened or in any way compromised for health and safety reasons, we may allow some flexibility in certain situations.

Make sure to send us an email at help@vitaldetoxsolutions.com or send us a message through the contact form provided on our website (this is very important!) so we can provide you with the complete return address along with the return instructions.

For items or products found to be defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.


Refunds

Should an item be shipped back to us, we also require a full inspection of the said item(s) once accepted at our return address to make sure that what we have received is as instructed before we can issue a full refund.

Once the inspection has been completed, we will issue the refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after it has been processed or you can also follow up with us once you see that your return shipment has already been marked as "delivered" to our return address.

Kindly allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to be posted on your account by your issuing bank or payment provider.
